How many guests can the villa accommodate?
To ensure comfort and safety, the property accommodates up to max 8 guests.
What is the minimum rental period?
Casa Essenza is available for weekly stays only, with a minimum rental period of 7 nights.
How do I make a reservation?
You can contact us directly by email or click Plan Your Stay to check availability and book via Airbnb.
Is a deposit required?
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The remaining 50% must be received at least 60 days before your arrival date.
What amenities are included in the rental price?
The rental price includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, all utilities (water and electricity), bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels, final cleaning, private parking and an alarm system.
Can we book additional services?
Upon request, we can arrange a range of tailor-made experiences including in-villa massages, yoga sessions, private chefs, culinary experiences and boat trips along the Adriatic coast
Is the villa suitable for families with children?
Children are very welcome at Casa Essenza. We do ask that children are supervised by an adult at all times, especially around the pool and outdoor areas.
Are pets allowed at Casa Essenza?
For the comfort and care of all guests, pets are not permitted at Casa Essenza.
Is the pool heated?
The pool is not heated. In the Puglian summer, the water temperature is naturally perfect for swimming, typically from May through October
Is a car necessary?
We recommend hiring a car. Casa Essenza is set in the Puglian countryside and a car gives you the freedom to explore the region at your own pace. The nearest towns, beaches and restaurants are all within easy reach by car. Please note that the property does not have electric charging facilities.
Which towns are closest to Casa Essenza?
Casa Essenza is located in Carovigno, in northern Salento. Ostuni is just minutes away, and Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Lecce are all within an easy drive.
How far is Casa Essenza from the nearest beach?
Within 10 to 15 minutes by car, you'll find some of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia. Torre Santa Sabina offers a stunning stretch of coastline with crystal-clear water, white sand and smooth rocks including hidden coves like Spiaggia della Gola and the charming Spiaggia dei Camerini. Just nearby lies the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, one of the most pristine protected areas on the Adriatic coast, perfect for swimming, snorkelling and long walks.
